*If a family decides to remove themselves from the season at any point from August 1st on there will be zero refund. The policy listed below is ONLY if BMYSA is forced to cancel/cut short the season due to Covid 19.



-Due to the potential continuing impact of COVID-19, we also wanted to present our refund policies in the unfortunate circumstance the season would have to be cancelled or cut short due to COVID-19:

-Any decision made before Aug 14th will result in 100% (full) refunds

-Any decision made between Aug 15th and Aug 31st will result in 50% refunds as jerseys and first month field rentals would have already been paid for.

-Any decision made between Sept 1 and Sept 30 will result in 25% refund as by that point, all expenditures will have been paid for including the field rental for the rest of fall.

-Any decision made AFTER Sept 30, zero refunds will be provided
